Introduction

At work, at school, while shopping… it’s tough all the time.
That’s why I want to finish my skincare quickly and easily!
But, I need moisture… wish I could be trouble-free!

Balancing Cleanser

A thorough cleansing, but gentle.
And also a moist, make-up-free face.
Reset to a clean complexion, removing point make up and foundation (of course), and cleaning away dirt and old skin.
Moreover, rinsing not needed, wipe-off type.

Balancing Cleanser
180ml, 2,900 yen with tax (2,800 pre-tax)

Usage Method

Add a small amount (about three pumps) to a cotton swab, apply it to the make up, then wipe off. Switch out the cotton when dirt no longer sticks to it.


Balancing Lotion

With this one bottle, plenty of moisture.
Plump skin that lasts forever.

The ingredients of beauty soak deeply into the skin for a fresh, vibrant complexion. 
With one bottle, an “All-in-one lotion” that completes your skincare!
Fragrance of white rose, for a graceful skincare time.

Balancing Lotion

Usage Method

Add a small amount to a cotton swab (about a teaspoon), apply slowly and carefully onto clean skin.

Devil’s Crow (Harpagophytum-grass extract)

[Review] Baby Lips by Maybelline - Part One

Today, while being at the Pharmacy, I stepped in front on these new little lipstick.

I picked one, out of curiosity and the cosmetic dept. seller told me they were quite popular (which I could confirmed by the display being quite empty).
My lips being quite a desaster since it’s winter in here, I’ve decided to get myself one and see the result.
So I took the Quenched one, the translucent one.

 

It says on the packaging that it moisturize the lips for 8 hours.
It also says that within 4 weeks of regular daily usage that your lips will have major visible change such as:

  • 82% visibly less dry.
  • 94% less rough lips.
  • 77% more supple lips.
  • 77% better looking lips.

A big must is that this lip balm contains a SPF 20.
Also, there’s many tints available, which makes it more interesting than normal lip balm! I took the translucent one for daily wear but I’m thinking about getting “Cherry Me” and “Peach Kiss”.
Texture is soft and isn’t sticky.

Always check your cosmetics before leaving the shop. A little misadventure happened to me today. I went to the drug store to buy the new Aquarella palette from Lise Watier. I paid and got back home.At home, I opened the package and there was my surprise.A sad surprise. A new shattered palette.Went back to the store and got a new palette for free.(and two other palettes from their stock were shattered also) I’m not trying to warn you about Lise Watier products, no, error like that happens with any brands, I’m just reminding you how important it is to check if it’s the right product in the package.You never know what could have happened, if the wrong color is in the package or like what happened to me, the makeup being shattered.That said, that palette is amazing!

[News] Le Mois des Câlins de Sainte-Justine

What is Sainte-Justine? It’s a hospital for our kids, our young, which is also called “CHU” or UHC in English for University Hospital Center.

The “Mois des Câlins” is an annual fundraising event ran by the hospital, and this year, they are focusing the event on children with Leukemia.

What is fantastic about this fundraiser is that you can buy the new Clarins’ gloss “Rose Câlin” to make a donation! A color created especially FOR this event, you can find it at most Jean-Coutu pharmacies around Québec for 20$, 10$ of which is going directly to the Hospital Ste-Justine.

Everything about this fundraising is in French since it’s from Québec, but it’s worth taking a look, even if you don’t understand the official video they released.
It’s definitely worth taking a bit of your time to buy that new gloss, which is a great addition to any collection.
